Jenny is wonderful, she is very knowledgeable and thorough. She has worked wonders on my neck and back after suffering for a while and given me exercises to do home too. Really impressed and so happy with the difference already. Highly recommend Jenny!

Fantastic service and care. I had a recurring neck injury from sport climbing and would frequently trap a nerve causing tingling sensations down my arms and fingertips. Had a few sessions with Charlie to sort the root cause of the pain followed by a few sessions with Jenny to alleviate the muscles around my back and neck.The team are attentive, knowledgeable and excellent value. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

I see Jenn for regular sports massages; I wouldn’t go anywhere else now, she’s fabulous!Just started Pilates for the first time last week, very welcoming and supportive. Will definitely be going regularly now :)

I have seen Charlie to avoid having low back pain and other issues with my hip and neck related to grappling/bjj.I have seen several Chiropractors in the past and Charlie is one of the most knowledgeable and competent Chiropractors ive had the pleasure of seeing. He is also a very good listener.I strongly recommend Charlie if you have any aches or pains!

I’ve been going to Jenn for a sports massage now for over 3 years on a regular basis which is keeping me injury free . Very professional & knowledgeable. Highly recommended to keep going on a regular basis to keep the injuries away, prevention is quicker than a cure. A very positive culture.5 star all the way for me.

I have had regular sports massages from Jenn over a number of years; I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Her knowledge and technique isn't matched anywhere locally.Very excited to start reformer Pilates with Jenn recently. Again fabulous class, with help especially for all my ailments. Now the complete package for my rehabilitation.

Very good Pilates and Reformer Pilates sessions. Jenn is an excellent instructor, I have enjoyed her Pilates classes for a couple of years. The new facility is vast, plenty of parking and easy to find.Recommend!
