Have just completed a six week beginners Yin yoga course, At first I was unsure what to expect but I soon felt comfortable and have definitely benefited from the sessions...I am now looking forward to the next part of the course!

I participated in my first yoga class with Josephine today, and it was truly exhilarating. She delivered a most enjoyable and rewarding experience and I will certainly be continuing classes with Josephine in 2022.
