The lack of empathy in this company towards my elderly relative is unbelievable inappropriate times between visits medication not given no attempt to provide personal care. And as for communication well that’s non existent. Please protect your loved ones and stay away from this company. Have reported to care inspectorate only giving one star as it wouldn’t let me give none!

management of this place is shocking tell them that you needed carers in at a certain time only to be told after nearly a full week of arguing with the management back and forth that they dont to guaranteed times no good when medication needs to be taken at certain time and cant be late if you cant do what is needed dont take the job on invercare management is shockingly bad on a positive note people that come out are really nice least ones we seen were
