Takes far too long to get through on the phone, I’ve been trying to get through all day sometimes on hold for over an hour very unimpressed and this needs to be dealt with! I didn’t have the time to sit down all day waiting to get through!

I am waiting for a replacement death certificate for my husband. I contacted the council on 18th January this year. Numerous emails and at least 12 phone calls later I still have no certificate. I have sent all the required paperwork and I have paid £90 for new certificate. When I phone no one can tell me when I will get it or where it is on the system. No one ever returns phone calls. As a result of there incompetence my husband’s pension has been suspended till they receive the certificate. I have received no pension January, February, and I will not receive any in March. What am I supposed to live on. I have nothing left to pay my bills

All the time Waiting for over an hour for someone to respond, although they are not helpful sorting your enquiries.Been sending them emails , had an automatic respond telling me that is taking 10 working days to review my application .Took over 2 months and I had to call them and still no one could solve it . Be careful that they’re charging per call , check your bank account.Hope they’ll improve their service.

Just had a workman call, no ID shown. Basically couldn't be bothered, just kept saying they won't do that, even though he didn't even look properly. Sat in for this appointment, just a waste of time

Good Service.Soon after I place my complaint for not collecting the waste in the regular basis, due to a different colour of the bag, a person walked in and silently collected the bug sitting in front of our house for 2 days already.

Never answers the phone. Doesn’t respond to their email enquiries nor website enquiries. Only sends correspondence when they want more money. Absolutely useless, streets full of rubbish and roads damaged. Can’t wait to leave the county

Left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing. Court summons seems to be the order of the day every day.Fish always rots from the head.Very very disappointed with them.
