Waited in two days for a parcel only to see online that delivery had been attempted total lie the van pulled up outside house I went to the door only to see him drive off without even getting out of van same thing next day try and ring them up you have no chance of speaking to an advisor I’m sorry I had to give them one star they don’t even deserve that

ShockingDo not use ipost parcelsThey will lose your parcels, say they have picked them up when they have not and cost you money.I strongly suggest if you are looking for a reliable delivery service you look elsewhere!!!!

Rubbish service late delivery one day that we missed. Next day tried to deliver to wrong address and said we weren't in, then customer services said he would come back the same day. Rang at 6pm to find out after waiting in all day that it was a lie. Then it was very difficult to get the details to pick it up myself from the depot.

1st time ive used and would never use again i clearly wrote address on my 2 parcels they mixed them up and sent to alternate addresses furious with them and no person to speak to all online forms

Bought two items on ebay 02/08/2016 paid straight away with paypal balance, both of them says 24h delivery service. First item came 03/08/2016 9am with DPD courier parcel traveled (170 miles)Second parcel went with UKMail it's 05/08/2016 11:30am still not received my parcel ( parcel traveled 18 miles), they put on hold cause can't find my address scanned into HoldBay - check of Address". Useless service.. If I knew before I could text to seller that I will collect my item from him

Dreadful service - calling card numbers not recognised by automated telephone number, impossible to contact DHL any other way. Been waiting a week for a delivery..... still waiting

My parcel should of been picked up yesterday. No answer on calls no answer to emails.. Can't even find out if there drop off point is open on good Friday. What a bloody joke. Very angry right now

Shocking! Do not bother with this company!! Failed to collect my parcel, failed to return my calls, failed to respond to emails. No apology or refund! Furious with this service and disgusted by their customer service!

this company is a disgrace. New estate and 6 other parcel companies have found our address but UK Mail can never seem to find our address. I had to make 5 different phone calls to the useless call centre staff when they finally answer the phone. UK Mail customer service is shocking. I had lost yet another day off work, So Tuesday & Thursday I lost due to the useless drivers not finding our address.
