Very happy with the service, Bruce was really nice and helpful through the process of selecting and quoting. The fireplace is beautiful and I'm really happy with the final result. On the day of installation the fitter kept me informed every step of the way. There was an item missing from a supplier but it was no problem, they had sorted it all out and had it couriered over so nothing was delayed and everything ran according to schedule. Great service!

From my first visit to Windsor Fireplaces & Stoves and meeting Bruce everything discussed and promised was delivered. Some major renovations and building works later the Gas Fire, Granite Slips and decorating have left a very contemporary looking feature in the lounge.I wouldn’t hesitate to use Bruce again.

I recently (summer 2021) had the pleasure of purchasing a Log Burner and hearth form Bruce at this store. Excellent customer service and their recommended fitter Tom did a superb job of the installation.Would recommend to you to visit and look over their array of log burners if you are considering an installation.

Thanks to Bruce for help and advice on our stove installation. We are very pleased with the result and would recommend Windsor Fireplaces and Stoves. Since we needed to widen the chimney to cater for the stove, there was a good working relationship between the bricklayers and stove installers to ensure an excellent result.

I had a complete renovation done on my house earlier this year and out of all of the numerous people I dealt with during this massive project Bruce was the most professional and honest. His showroom has a display of various types of fireplaces - Aegean Limestone, Portuguese Limestone and Carrara Marble, it's great to be able to see what these materials look like in real life. He puts no pressure on you to buy and instead allows you to take your time and deals with your questions patiently. If there were any changes to delivery dates he communicated that immediately. His fitter Tom was also a very nice man and professional. I highly recommend them. I ended up buying a Portuguese Limestone surround and an electric fire, both at good prices.
