Didn't know much about, well anything related to housing. Asked a question about local connection and how that relates to how the council might be able to assist me. Gave incorrect advice. The total lack of interest in me and my situation and the 'blank stare' I was given was the only other thing that really stood out, in the 2 minutes that I was there.
