A great agency to work for, especially for anyone wanting to focus on special educational needs settings. I've worked on and off with them for nearly 6 years now, and they helped me get my first residential childcare job, a post I then stayed in long term.I recently decided I wanted to try out working in schools, so I approached Axcis again who were then quick to find me a full time role.They've always been really helpful and if you have any special requests which what hours you can work, etc then they are very accommodating!

I started working with Axcis through Roddy. He was filling in for another person called Tom who I would go on to work with. Documents were kept so that when Tom came onto my case it was seamless and I didn't have to repeat myself. There is naturally lots of paper work in education but I was helped through this as much as possible. Tom found me a job and got the ball rolling as quickly as possible. I managed to find my feet after moving back to Worcester thanks to this organisation. Thanks guys
