Red funnels ferry terminal was a well organized place. Vehicle number recognition is available at the entrance. So you need not to show your booking. Just have to confirm the number of passengers and few questions the friendly staff member asks.It is adviced to come early 1 hour to half an hour prior to the departure to make sure that you are helping the others and staff by not making last minute long ques.Once the ferry is ready the attendents will guide you to the ferry.

As you would expect of a ferry terminal there is a coffee shop and seating area. Everything was OK but boarding was a bit slow as was the other end.

Looking scruffy now days the pier is a disgrace the council should be ashamed of themselves , you wouldn't believe that used to be a children's park with loads to play on and with a padling pool and the Waterside used to be a beach , think how much more attractive Southampton would look of it was like that again , oh sorry forgot the boat show takes priority not the lifelong and future residents .

All clearly sign posted and well staffed. We arrived early for priority check in and were able to board an earlier sailing.

Best ever food going very test would recommend every one and the friends to eat here and only here the severs are very well dressed very professional and polite the Bar man was graut and the out side lighting is really quite fantastic eye couching if ever you what to feel like your real having fabulous and fantastic very flaverdal fine dining really top top class food and pepper all the very best and I hope many many more years thank u
