Booked car for a recall only to be told the parts were not in the day before, brilliant when I have already booked time off work for this. Then was told I will get a call later on in the week when the part arrives, anyway never received the call so called back a week later and the lady on phone told me no I can book it in we don’t need to order any parts for this recall madness. When I showed interest in a new car they was calling me every day ?Half a star dealership

Bought a used approved M2 competition from this dealer. Sales process was straight forward and overall very good.The car had a problem that wasn’t necessarily the dealers fault. I was loaned a car promptly from the sales team, the service department rectified the issues and the dealer went above and beyond what I expected to be resolved with a few other “areas of concern”.As someone who’s a VW master tech working in the dealer network it’s been a pleasure to see another dealer meeting the right standards and I’d say exceeding what I expected! Would happily recommend Sytner BMW Stevenage.

They treat you very well and are very responsive when you’re buying a car but they don’t want to know or don’t respond when you have a complaint or a problem! My second negative experience with BMW Stevenage was when they emailed me to ‘buy my car off me’ so I went in to see them about it and all they cared about was what car I wanted next, they couldn’t even offer me a valuation of my car when that was the whole reason I was there as they contacted me randomly to ‘buy my car’!! Was a waste of my time in all honesty!

Collected our bmw 1 series m sport today and are very pleased with the service we have received throughout the process since the beginning.We were looked after by Matt Squires and he was very attentive, great with communication and most of all he listened exactly to what WE wanted in a car. The whole experience was great and would recommend coming here to buy your new bmw!

Bought a brand new 2 series Gran Coupe from the Stevenage BMW. Had the incredible Ricky and Tia who was helping me every step of the way, as this was my first car on finance and wasn’t sure about the whole process. They always made sure I understood everything and any questions I had they answered straight away and they made the whole process so easy as well which was so helpful!They were amazing when I came and picked up the car as well, showing me all the tech inside the car and setting up Apple car play so I wouldn’t have to do it on my own. I couldn’t have asked for better people to help!Overall an incredible experience and have already recommended BMW and Ricky and Tia to my friends who are interested in buying a new car and would recommend to everyone else!

Sytner Stevenage BMW and in particular Paul Humphrey have been great in supplying my and their first Alpina BMW. My endless questions were answered in a timely and comprehensive way and I'd recommend this dealership and Paul in particular if you are looking for a new BMW. The hand over was comprehensive and went without a hitch, explaining the various electronic systems clearly and setting them up to my satisfaction. Also follow up customer contact calls to check all was good and see whether I had any questions, were really appreciated and helpful. Great experience, thank you.

They use a call center to make bookings for recalls and services. This leads to over promising and under performing. Being told on the day of an appointment there is no courtesy car (after being told there would be) bad form. Taking time off appointments to be messed around by Sytner. If i were buying a new car im sure the service would be exceptional!

I submitted an enquiry for a BMW M8 Competition, I was very interested in this vehicle. I was sent a walk around video from the sales executive, we discussed over 24 emails the deal and what could be offered however the advert disappeared off Autotrader and I was told at 4pm I had to buy it by 6pm on the day (12/12/23) or it will not be sold to me which was impossible, I was then told to come and view the vehicle today 13/12/23. I have email trail of all the conversations with the sales executive who confirmed the deal as I was wanting to part exchange my vehicle, he confirmed the price of the M8 several times and we agreed that I view the car before going further, to my suprise upon arrival at 3:15 today the vehicle wasn't in suitable condition to test drive due to a coolant leak which I found myself and wasn't told by anyone about it. I sat down with the sales executive and the business manager and was told they were going to sell me the vehicle at £37,500 and they agreed a price with my M5 competition for £33900 which they even took in the workshop to check over. We came to a agreement that I would take the vehicle without having the alloy wheels refurbished. I was super exited to do a deal on my dream car, after two hours (5pm) being at the dealership the two staff went upstairs and returned only to say I wasn't allowed to purchase the vehicle and that there was a misunderstanding they had priced the vehicle incorrectly. It was like a circus show. They made me drive from Peterborough for no reason only to be told sorry we can no longer sell you the vehicle which they even put in the showroom so I could inspect it as it was raining. The price was agreed on for over two days of enquiring, how can you mislead a customer to such an extent where the finance proposal was agreed, the part exchange offer confirmed along with AUC checks being planned on the vehicle only to be turned away in the same hour without any explanation. The sales manager didn't even have the decency to apologise to me on the day and hid in his cozy glass office, these people think only their time is valuable and everyone elses isn't. He decided to call me the following day and use human error as an excuse when more than 3 members of sales team discussed the price with me in their showroom. Avoid this dealership at all costs!

Bought a lovely 4 Series BMW back in July and paid extra for an extended Sytner warranty for peace of mind. Car has been fine for three months but while it was on a ramp for a service they found a leaking rear differential. No problem I thought, and phoned Sytner warranty who said get it fixed and get the mechanic to confirm what needs doing. Except they changed their mind in the interim and refused to help. Tried phoning Sytners in Stevenage where I bought the car and they also washed their hands of it saying it was my problem. We’ve since found a bulge in the rear tyre and that will need replacing as well. So three months in and the bills are already in the £100s, the warranty is no help and the dealership doesn’t want to know. That peace of mind you think you are getting from a reputable BMW dealer and their warranty is just rubbish. Consider me an unhappy customer..
