Hi superdrugI am writing this review of the bad experience my family have had with yourself (cashier). My wife and daughter of 16 years of age visited your store in Broadway. My wife has a few health related issues (arthritis, gout, heart surgery and few other other health related conditions). I am mentioning this, so you will understand.My daughter was with her to support my wife in carrying what she wanted to buy because of her conditions.When they got to the counter. The young girl on the counter said, she could not buy the face razor because she was under the age of 18. This is a policy you have concerning these face razor blades. Which is great. The thing is, my daughter was not buying the razor blades but just holding the basket for her mum my wife and daughter tried to reason with this cashier but she would not have it. Meaning, even tho it was explained to her that the razor blades were for my wife. She was adamant she would lose her job if she sold them to herI can understand, if my daughter went in there on her own to buy the blades and she was refused but to be accused that they were for my daughter and not listen to the mother? How does that work. This cashier was very rude in the manner she spoke to my daughter and my wife. She was right and the costumer was wrong. Is this your policy too. Is this how you deal with your customers??? They were given an ultimatum either buy the rest of the stuff or theirs the door. How bad is that? I am appalled at the mistreatment my wife and daughter experienced. All over some blades that were for my wife. Awful place

I haven't bought beauty products in a long time but considering how much the cost of living has gone up, I would have thought that make up and such would have gone up just as much with them. Fairly priced products, easy to find, couldn't find temporary dye though, just pastel or drops. Very strange.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Superdrug recently. I visited the store to purchase allergy tablets, but the situation turned absurd when the cashier refused to serve us simply because my daughter was holding the tablets. Even though I, the father, was the one making the purchase and ready to pay, they insisted that I come back tomorrow or they might lose their jobs. This policy lacks any form of common sense or consideration for customers.It’s baffling that Superdrug’s staff would prioritize such an arbitrary rule over customer service and logic. This incident reflects poorly on the store’s commitment to customer service and understanding basic human interactions.It’s unfortunate that a simple purchase turned into a needless hassle due to their inflexible policy and lack of empathy. I hope the management takes note and makes necessary changes to prevent others from facing similar unreasonable experiences.

I was served by arif today and he was nothing less than exceptional with his service. Super friendly and helpful.

Crowded, busy and a long queue even on a Sunday. Displays in the middle of the aisles makes getting around difficult.

Didn't have to wait to be served at the checkout as it was just after 9am, the staff member I spoke to was really helpful and found what I wanted straight away
