LMP Roofing

LMP replaced my roof in December 2020, lee and the men were great they got the job done.EIGHTEEN MONTHS LATER and I have been trying to get them to come out and sort a leak at the side of the house and refit a facia board which is coming off.I have been promised on numerous occasions someone will be out and they don’t show up. The latest person I have been passed onto is now ignoring my calls and texts.I am left feeling helpless and cheated, would think twice before recommending this company now.

Had a leak in my kitchen after a recent storm. Lee came within 24 hours and did a deep inspection of the problem. Found the fault and also discovered missing tiles on the main roof. Quoted for the work there and then - all was fixed within days. Mega impressed that the team working on a Sunday as well. Not many people would offer such a service.Couldn't recommend more!

Lee and his team installed a full roof replacement in a professional and timely manner. Full communication was provided for any queries and before any work commenced. Even checked slate tiles for colour discrepencies to ensure they matched across the roof and adjacent properties. Highly recommend.

Lee popped round to look at a leak. He was prompt and messaged me on his way. He was even good enough to advise it was an issue with our window and didn't charge me. Defo calling him again

Fantastic, called and Lee came out really quickly and was able to fix my roof in no time at all. Was really good at showing the work that needed doing and being clear about the work.

We had a leaking chimney causing damp in our daughters bedroom and concluded it needed taking down as it was never going to be used again. Lee was very professional and he and his colleague did a very nice job to take it below the roof line, cap it off nicely, batten and tile the roof space and fit new fascia and brick up the gable. Job was well organised with scaffolding and skip etc and all done over a weekend at a fair price for the work involved. Lee made sure I was happy with the work aswell once it was completed. Lee was professional and friendly and after inspecting the damage on my flat roofs etc. He was able to give me an honest opinion of what was required. Any questions I raised were dealt with In detail and nothing was to much trouble. Lees Quote was reasonable . Lee and team arrive on time as agreed and carried out all the necessary stripping of old wood etc and replacing with new. Gutters and fascia also replaced edging and loose tiles and other bits. All replaced with new. Kept me up to date with progress. Cleaned up before leaving. I would highly recommend LMP roofing and would definitely use again. One happy customer. Lee was a professional from start to finish and went above and beyond to fix our issues and help with added extras. Him and his colleague were always in good spirits despite the freezing conditions! Would highly recommend.

I had a panic after finding a broken roof tile and put an ad up. An initial quote from another roofer grew rapidly into work done at a very high price. After a stressful experience there I managed to get a far better deal from LMP who did a fantastic job replacing the small kitchen extension roof at the rear of my end terrace property. This work was a similar (and better) standard to a neighbour with a similar tile roof replacement. They worked over a weekend and very quickly, tidying up too. Great job.
