Our experience with Whibley's has been amazing start to finish. After a poor experience with a jeweller in Worthing, we were a bit deflated and didn't have great expectations when popping into Whibley's to discuss how I wanted my engagement ring. However, Jack listened attentively and brought out some rings that immediately fit my brief and was more than happy to bring my vision to life. I provided the stone and it was set into a beautiful mount by Whibley's. Throughout the process, we could tell that Jack was genuinely excited to be a part of this experience with us and wanted the engagement ring to be perfect and just as we wanted. We cannot fault Jack or the goldsmiths at Whibley's at all and we'll certainly be going back to browse for our wedding rings! Thanks so much!

I was a client of Whibleys many years ago when I had my engagement ring resized and then bought my wedding ring. I received an excellent service then and an even better one recently when I required another ring resized.The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and they are very happy to give impartial advice. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My first time to Horsham and I had a watch battery to be replaced, which was done very efficiently and done within the time stated. My partner also purchased a card holder which was polished and presented beautifully. I would like to jack for offering a good price for the card holder and all the staff for there polite and welcoming service.

The service and attention to detail I received yesterday whilst purchasing a pair silver earrings for my granddaughter was superb.The young lady assisting me was so helpful and the earrings were beautifully packaged, I would certainly recommend this jewellers no matter how much you spend the whole experience made you feel special. I went to this jewellers because my Watch had been scratched due to my dog jumping up. I was pleasantly greeted by a gentleman that walked me to the reception bit. The specialist was called, and he explained the process. I left my watch there and returned at the end of the day. The watch sparkled with all the scratches removed. Absolute top service, I will be using them for my next purchase.

I could of got the watch I purchased a bit cheaper online. But would not have received the same level of service by a mile. They set time and date pre charged the watch for me then adapted bracket to fit my wrist all which takes time. Off course ya can by on line takes your chances. But good service is worth paying for and we will all miss it . If we just think of price. Thank you for your service and im very happy. I returned back to shop after purchasing my watch almost 2 years ago to have a alteration done to the strap. And whibleys done this for me in 40 minutes and would not take payment. Fantastic service.

I would not purchase anything from this jeweler. The staff are forgetful, unprofessional, and one in particular quoted me a price and then denied he had. I took some pearls in to be restrung, too many mistakes were made to mention here. Jack remedied the diabolical service from Graham, Graeme? but when I went in to purchase another item which had been on order for weeks, I was rudely dismissed by Graham. To say most of the staff are incompetent would be an understatement.

My husband went to purchase earrings for Valentines day as it happened to be our wedding anniversary. I previously had a pair of earrings from Whibley’s and had lost one. I had pointed out earrings that I liked the week before. Arriving in the store he was met by a middle aged gentleman. My husband said the experience made him not feel valued and he felt the gentleman did not believe he could afford the earrings. I do love my earrings however whenever I shop across the road, we are offered exceptional hospitality and made to feel very special.
