Great service and great cars. Very easy to book, and the cars were spotless

Few hiccups at start with the account and car but their support helped me. Not 5 stars because they don't give directions how to find the lot for return and this location has a huge mall with parking lot that's a giant maze. Its VALET / TAXI ENTRANCE at the mall, after passing the regular car lot.

The cruise control and steering control was not working in the Tesla I rented

I am now re-reviewing UFO as I rented another Tesla, after my previous decent experience with the car. This time however I am very dissatisfied with the customer service in particular.Issue 1I had an issue with the phone application and turning on the car, as I wasn’t aware of the protocol I didn’t contact customer service and used the transport for that day as I was in a hurry. When I found time and explained my issue to customer service I got a very you should’ve just messaged us and no apology or responsibility from them although it was an app error, I emailed and called them to communication only not to be handled to my customer service expectations.Issue 2After my issue 1 enquiry, I was sent an email from the customer service rep I spoke to, he said I had to return the car due to car service or another person renting the car, although I expressed I will be extending my rental before hand. I felt this was made up because the car was extended via the app anyway. The request felt disingenuous to me, just my thoughts.Issue 3 (and most annoying)I was charged an extra unexplained amount almost a week after the rental had ended. I emailed asking what this charge was for them to explain it was for extra mileage.I sent another email explaining they should check their records because I had brought a package to cover me for the extra mileage I was to use, as I planned everything.They then rectified and sent an apology.It was just an all around poor customer service experience. It’s a shame as the Car, Tesla Model 3 was a lovely rose.

Good access and payment method. Good notification of free spaces, saves time and effort in parking.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the UFODRIVE parking bay. We rent vehicles several times a year and I am so used to walking into the offices of a car rental company and getting the obligatory documents checked signed and deposits taken and so on. From start to end i.e. from booking the car, collecting the vehicle, and returning the vehicle at the end of the rental period I never saw a face! everything was near smoothly done via the App. The only issue I had was locating the UFODRIVE bay on both occasions. Had I known I would have requested directions on arriving to pick up the vehicle and again before I set out to return it. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience. I will definitely make another booking again.

The UFO experience is more than recommended! Smooth process of hiring the car, and cars are very clean and well cared for.The only reason why giving 4* is due to the instructions to get into the carpark when you return the car, it took me nearly 20min to find the right spot, I think with more straightforward key words to find it, it would be great.
