L&V HAND CAR WASH

I used our local car wash for 10 years no problems, but lately they are not so good, even to the point they scratched my brand new car, of course they denied it, well goodbye.So now what do I do, my wife was reluctant to use a hand wash again, but after reading the reviews I chose this place, and I am glad I did, they even snow foamed the car, honestly it looks brand new, I highly recommend using this place, especially if you are apprehensive we will be, even it does mean a 15 minute drive.

I am a local resident too. I have never been disappointed with their service.The owner and his employees are always very professional, know what they are doing, always use top quality products and as a results my car looks brand new in and out each time .Definitely give it a try!

Fantastic experience! Car was so clean and they spent so much time on it. I have a Labrador so quite embarrassing to have a hairy car! But they took on the job no problem! Much cheaper than tesco! Thank so much!

Outstanding! Never been a big car fan or car wash fan but I've been here twice and it's just brilliant. Efficient, cost effective, and the finish on the car is second to none. I've tried local car washes in Tesco etc and they don't compare in terms of service, depth of cleaning and attention to detail. I went to the L and W car wash this evening and the guys there saw a dent in my car and spent an additional 15 minutes using hot water to try and get the dent out of the bumper. They were successful and even polished it too! The wheels look brand new, the car smells super fresh and the people working there are friendly, professional and very honest. I will not go elsewhere! Well done on brilliant customer service and a unique way of handling the cars.

Despite their snazzy Instagram videos on top-end cars, I can't recommend this place. They did very little to reduce risk of scratches and swirls on my brand new car. The application of snow foam was only to the front doors and then left on for less than 30 seconds. Didn't look like the cleaning mitts were rinsed at all during the washing of my car. Hugely disappointed.I've rated two stars rather than one because they did a good job on the inside of the car

I'm a local resident of the area, and I've used every car wash local to me and found L&V Hand Car Wash being a step above them all.I was welcomed upon arrival, and my query was answered with confidence and knowledge.They washed my car well and took great care cleaning all areas of the car. They used foam to my surprise and were very happy to see them using sponges to help prevent paint swells.The car was spotless, and I was impressed overall.You would be mad to use another car wash instead of these guys.They are definitely going to be giving other business owners a sweat.5*

After reading the awesome 5 star reviews I decided to try. I went on a Friday morning at 9.30am and they were relatively busy. I had the inside and out valet at £30. No interaction whatsoever with staff on arrival or during the wash process. The wash was ok , not outstanding by any means with the boot shuts not wiped, callipers and wheel internals still grubby and interior cleaned well but again certainly not outstanding. The wash took a long time - approx 45 mins. I wanted to love this new business as a local however I have to share my honest experience to assist others. It’s ok but not great.

I'm very impressed with their service! Foam wash, protective coating, interior shine, vacuum cleaning, even removed dog fur from the boot of my car which is a rather challenging job.Well built setup for a car wash, centralized vacuum cleaner and out in the open. I think more can be done to prevent the cars from idling which could make L&V a more environmentally friendly option too. They did a fantastic job.Oh and if you have to wait, you have a cosy waiting room! Warmed up, especially in winter.
