A terrible yard. I do not recommend!The way the honest , decent liveries have been treated on that yard, is despicable

Not a nice place to be, stay away!

AVIOD Yard was ok, but now awful and really toxic, where do I start? Good hay for favourites, really bad hay for others (Docks and ragwort included in hay). Management are aggressive bullies and liars, it’s that bad they have to give themselves a 5* review to get the rating up in breach of Google rules.

Was there nearly 3 years and gone from friendly with lovely liveries to awful with nasty liars done nothing for confidence. Hacking out awful rd to ride hack out on . School dosent get harrowed so deep.nothing postive about this yard AVOID

Absolutely terrible yard with horrible liars and bullies. When I rode my friends pony all I heard was horrible comments from the children and even the adults.! I do not recommend this is not a good yard for children as there are many horrible kids there who have been babied their whole life by their meaningless bully and liars of parents. DO NOT GO THERE IM WARNING YOU

If I could give this livery yard minus stars I would, it is truly awful.The management is non-existent, the yard owner is a bully and thrives on causing trouble between liveries.The hay provided in with your rent is full of ragwort, docks and thistles. The straw is black and mouldy before you even start.The school (if you can call it that!) is a joke, it is never maintained, it rides so deep that it will cause an injury to your horse. The children on the yard use it as a playground and dig holes that are a foot deep, so if you are not careful, your horse will end up down them! You will spend more time filling in the holes before you can ride than actually riding.The whole yard is a mess and very poorly maintained. There is a flock of geese on the yard which will quite happily attack your horse when you are leading/riding, this has caused my horse to bolt. They are so bad that people carry sticks to get them away.The hacking is dire, don’t even bother. The road which you have to ride on is dangerous and there is no off-road hacking from the yard.Overall avoid this yard like the plague if you value your horse and your sanity!!

AVOID!!! 1 star is far to generous for this place....Hay and straw was in with your weekly price, but when we would ask for hay or straw down (as they were big bales and stacked high,) it would be later or tomorrow which didn’t help you when you wanted to bring your horse in or had to go to work. After all we were paying for it in the weekly price it wasn’t free. It was all about the owner having control.The RAGWORT was a joke I took barrows and barrows off the paddock my animals were in this year 2023Hay was full of docks and god knows what else as fields were never sprayed or weeded.A yard from hell,Bad owners,some awful liveries, bullies that like to think they are running the yard, but haven’t got a clue!Terrible school! Way too deep and only raked when owner could be bothered, (not often) if you complained about it the owner would ignore you for weeks/months….Also the owner is a compulsive liar actually everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie or hugely exaggerated!! Things you say are missed interpreted and added too.worryingly unprofessional.Pay a bit more and find a better yard.....
