Hi this is an overall rating about a certain worker called Natalie hung up when I asked her for help overall experience was terrible tried ordering a phone and got blankly ignored and meanwhile she did answer she just wasn’t really caring. Bad customer service I was so shocked that she ended the phone on me

I walked in and the 3 people serving were busy, I sat and waited, no one spoke looked at me or acknowledged that I was there, nobody likes being ignored.

Absolutely Poor service ! Told to come in store to look at the phone, waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for a member to then tell us don't look at them, not on arrival when told them what here for ?!

Unhelpful staff that are more interested in upgrading you at additional cost (and getting a bonus) than solving issues. I will be changing supplier at the end of my contract

I recently lost my phone, complete with SIM card, after dropping it in the local canal, which was very upsetting, believe me !I went to the EE Hanley store and explained my position to staff member Sumir.He was extremely helpful, and supportive, and immediately arranged a clone SIM card for me. He also went through in great detail all the options for a phone replacement and the various price plans available to me.This was excellent and very friendly service from Sumir, for which I am very grateful.

Came into store today because my galaxy watch isn't pairing with my phone plan. The staff there could not have been more helpful and tried absolutely everything they could to help, but it looked like a job for 150. The assistant told me to call and what to ask for and then went off to write it down for me. When I got home I unfolded the piece of paper expecting a couple of bullet points, but he'd written down exactly what I needed to ask for. Phoned up 150, watch is now working exactly as it should. I'd give the store 10/5 stars if it was possible! Fantastic service.

Excellent staff, had problems with my phone rang EE customer service they weren't that helpful, so went in store asked for manager, natalie came out sorted the problem with my phone instantly, she was very knowledgeable and very polite and helpful, thanks for your help. Will be recommending family and friends to go in store next time
