Lovely friendly Used Car Dealer. I have used them a couple of times over the last few years. Lovely used premium brands for sale e.g. Audi, BMW, Merc. Never had any issues and I would happily recommend them and their services!

Just bought a beautiful Land Rover Discovery 3 from Courtyard Motors. Staff were very friendly and helpful and not pushy. The vehicle was immaculately presented, serviced and sold with a good 3 month RAC full warranty. On the whole a great buying experience and I would highly recommend this used motor company. Top marks.

Recently purchased an Audi A 4 tdi Black edition from these guys I can only comment on my buying experience which was fantastic from start to finish .Not the usual pushy salesman here infact the total opposite the staff are very knowledgeable about the vehicles they have for sale.Would recommend this buisness to anyone the cars for sale are all of a very good quality and the staff are excellent well done boys keep up the good work.Once again thanks for a great car and great service.

We saw a Black Audi A4 estate car on their website through Auto-trader and contacted them. We were told there was a person trying to obtain credit to buy the car and we should phone back in 24 hrs. We did phone them back the next day and were told to phone back later.They contacted us the next day and said that the deal had fallen through, and to come down and look at the car which we did.After inspection and test drive we said we liked the car and would pay cash for it, or P/x.My Daughter said she would return on Saturday morning with her partner and a deposit and was told they would hold the car for her.She arranged baby sitters for the children and arrived on time only to find another couple sitting there signing up to buy the car. The salesman said, sorry its sold!This is very unprofessional and I would urge others NOT to have dealings with this garage.

I visited to view a car I had seen on Auto trader. From the initial phone call to the greeting and test drive every,thing was friendly and courteous. Unusually the Company is in a semi-rural location and seems very well managed and welcoming.In case you are wondering, I bought the car...

i purchased a Mercedes Benz e350 (2011 model) for £16500 in approx april 2014. Mr Jason Farrel (owner/manager) informed me that it only had 74000 on the clock when in fact it had over 75000 due to him and his wife using the car to commute (i have been informed they do this with all vehicles for sale), he then informed me he wouldn't mot and tax the vehicle (as these were due) and these ended up costing extra, when asked about some form of warranty/guarantee he informed me it comes with a 1 month 'grace'. within 2 weeks there were problems with the vehicle, one of which were faults on the computer system (which caused the car to stop moving), when i brought the car back to him all he could say was 'are you sure?', then just after the 4 weeks i thought the engine was on fire due to blue smoke and a burning/crackling sound coming from the engine bay, when informed about this all he could say was 'oh i don't know', this cost me RAC fee's and over £100 to replace the oil gasket, this fault with the car also discolored the engine bay. when asked about other problems with the car all he could do is act dumb and say 'well what do you want me to do about it?' or 'oh iv had a belly full of this'. After 6 months i had enough of the car and its problems and came back to courtyard motors to see if they could sell it, jason informed me he had a buyer from london (this was nearing the xmas period) who was willing to pay £14250, when asked about the low price he said it was due to him paying in cash & no trade-in, after the sale went through he then changed his story and informed me they payed on credit card and the buyer was now also having problems with the car and wanted to return it, they were threatening to retract their credit card payment if he didn't collect and repair the car, i myself was in a catch 22 position as the buyer had my car and jason had my money (who was refusing to pay me due to the situation and also refused to collect and repair the car),i informed him i either need my money or the car back as i have to pay for my sick dogs vet bills, he told me 'its in london, go and get it'. In the end to get my money back i had to pay for a warranty on the car (which cost me over £200) which he sold and no doubt made money on as he refused to show me a bill of sale. Jason Farrel and courtyard motor company are complete rip off merchants who do nothing to the cars they are selling other than clean them and hope there are no problems within that 1st month warranty, they also seem to market cars far and wide so its more difficult to bring the vehicle back to them. courtyard motor company did have a facebook page with such poor reviews that they seem to have deleted it recently (the only positive feedback was from jasons daughter and his business partner). Stay clear of this bent so called business as you will have nothing but problems with the vehicles they are selling.

I would not rate this company in any way if I could of rated zero I would of.In September 2016 I purchased my first car from this company what a regret that turned out to be.Knowing I had a 8 month old little girl these two men conned me out of £2250 for a mini one 04 plate! I bought the car on the 26th September CASH! Now 12 months later things are starting to come out the woodwork about this company!Not only did they put a DODGY MOT on my car before i picked it up but already paid for! They knew this was going to be car for me and my daughter and still went ahead with the sale!This month the MOT was due again for me to find everything that was wrong with the car that came back on the mot when I bought the car was still exactly the same!!! When I asked them about the receipt of this work being done they could not provide it at all!!! All these points where pointed out by the non dodgy mot place I took my car!I have now had to result in getting trading standards involved and still the company are unresponsive to me!The problems that where on the car where all to do with brakes and calipers something that doesn't just go in 12 months if they had been replaced 12 month earlier! I also span my car in the rain as a result of these problemsAfter researching this company I seen I wasn't the only person stung by these people as the are actually on a WATCH DOG website!I wouldn't trust these men at all and emensly regret buying my car from here highly HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND!
