Matt was amazingly helpful really put himself out to help me in a crisis despite lots of customers Saturday and juggling about 5 of us at the same time remained attentive and curteous to all of us. I cannot fault the service here in fact have now moved to this being my permanent garage mainly down to Matts efficiency and excellent customer service.

The fuel station part is friendly and convenient, fuel prices are compatible. However do not take your car there for repairs, they will RIP you off, repair your car very slowly and leave a tiny last (15 minute) job unfinished unless you cough up another £100. They are not humane!! would advise to go elsewhere!!!

Excellent service from Matt and the team. Booked my car in for MOT at short notice and they sorted out a broken light bulb very efficiently.This my second annual visit to the service centre however I am a regular customer at the fuel station where I am always greeted by friendly staff.Very personal service......Well done 'Team Nicholls'

Taken cars here a few times now. So far so good. Matt gets the car booked in within a week, lets me know if there's additional work/cost necessary before going ahead and gets in touch promptly when the car is ready.

I had my MOT and service done at PJ Nichols in Malvern this week. The car needed a few bits and bobs fixed so it had to stay in overnight. Matt gave me regular updates so I knew what was going on and what to expect time-wise and cost-wise. Great service and will definitley use them again. Thanks

Well, what can I say? This is an edit of a previously 1 star review. Not only did Matthew & Co. clear up the misunderstanding regarding which light actually needed fixing, they did the repair immediately so that I didn’t have to risk getting a ticket for not having my light working. Shame it took the third time to get it sorted but when they did, they did it with bells on! Thank you to a great team. Back to being a solid recommendation.
