Swetenhams Estate Agents Chester

This is the second time that I have used Swetenhams in Chester to help find a tenant for my property. I mistakenly went to another Estate Agents before going to Swetenhams on the second occasion and quickly realised the mistake I made.Gerry and Ed are professional and provide excellent customer service for both the tenant search and for a Landlord. I had a lot of problems with my outgoing tenant too and they went above and beyond to help me.I cant thank them enough and in future I wont be looking anywhere else. Highly recommend!!!

Really professional service from start to finish. I had changed estate agents from Williams Estates (Mold) to Swetenhams (Chester) and the difference between the two agents was astounding - you really do get what you pay for. I would go with Swetenhams every time and cannot recommend them enough. I initially met with Beverly who was lovely and professional and she talked me through the marketing process. The photos and brochure looked fabulous and I was very pleased with how they turned out. Martin knows his job very well - he did the viewing and successfully closed the sale getting us the price we wanted for the property, and I then liaised with Jack during the sales process and he was fantastic - he was very responsive and understanding and resolved matters quickly and easily. Overall, I would highly recommend Swetenhams and I feel very grateful to them for helping to get my sale over the line so quickly.

Both me and my partner attended a viewing this estate agents and we were dealt with by Gerry. So friendly and helpful with the whole process. Later that day we received the phone call we were accepted at the property and she was very helpful getting all the paperwork and contract sorted in the matter of a few days! She has been extremely accommodating and helpful in renting my property out. Everything was explained clearly and in less than a week all the paperwork was completed, survey conducted, and multiple tenants found. With a detailed explanation of tenants that were interested to ensure the most suitable person was found, in less than a week one was identified and moved in within days.
