Contacted Mould Removal North West regarding mould in my loft. Andy was in contact within 24 hours and quoted and clearly explained the process from pictures I’d sent.Within a week, Josh was out for the first of two trips (one of the worst cases they’d seen in a loft). Josh returned the following week for visit two, I popped my head into the loft and couldn’t believe the difference already.Visit 2 cleared up the last traces, and result beyond all expectations!Worth every penny, fantastic friend efficient service from two top blokes. Cannot recommend enough. The before and after pics speak for themselves.

What a fantastic thoroughly professional service. All the work undertaken in my home from the installing of my fan in my bathroom, to the spraying of the liquid formula and remedial paint in both my bathroom and kitchen to remove the mould, was done to a very high standard. Excellent service and highly trustworthy. Contacted them when I thought there was white mould throughout the loft. The initial treatment was carried out within a few days. When this hadn’t worked Andy himself attended and established it was not white mould. He then arranged for a surveyor to attend, at no cost to ourselves, who established it was actually a harmless substance. For this reason Andy arranged to refund in full, which was completed within a few hours. How many people would go to those lengths to help the customer ?

Good reliable service. Andy was very prompt at getting back to me and to arrange a visit and clean up. Josh came to do the job and was very patient with my territorial dogs and gave helpful advice about the mould. Looks a lot cleaner and happy with the job.
