Found Rack Supplier online as we were looking for a small server rack to tidy up the office corner that had grown a little out of control with devices and cables. After some research seemed clear that Rack Supplier offered the best value, we opted for their flat pack 15U server rack and ordered it online. Got our confirmation email, followed rapidly by the dispatch email and then confirmation the rack would be delivered the next day. Had a little concern as the item would arrive in 5 packs and we are on the 1st floor, didn't have to concern myself, the DPD driver brought all the items up without any issues (or the typical moans). An hour later we had a built rack ready to replace our corner of doom. Couldn't be happier with the rack (great quality, even better price), customer service and communication. Well recommended and if we need more racks will definitely be using Rack Supplier.

Absolutely amazing. Cannot recommend them enough! Straight to the point, very knowledgeable and friendly service. Saw one of thier items on eBay and wasn't sure on compatibility. Gave them a call, not only did they help me find the best product within my needs but went the extra mile and gave me a offer without me even asking what the price was!!! Amazing company and amazing support.

Very good experience in general, the order went through very quickly and I get the parcel in few days. The communication with the staff was very fluid and all my issues were satisfactory fixed. Some small parts not being correct but got the right expected answer from the business.Happy with the process and the final product.Things to improve:The assembly instructions can be improved, even though the youtube video helped.In my case I've got an upgraded version of the rack which came with casters. The original one didn't and I had bought them separately ... now I've got a spare set :)It would have been better just to ask what to do, probably an exchange for another accessory would have been ideal.

Great prices and assisted very well with replacing an out of stock product with a better product for free. Had additional problems with missing screws but have been sorted very quickly. Will definitley use again.

Our company, Resilient Business Systems, recently required a pre-built 27U server cabinet delivered within a 3 day period and the wonderful staff at Rack Supplier were able to help. We have used them in the past for any server/data cabinets we need for our customers and they are always helpful, the cabinets are always of good quality and expertly assembled.

I ordered a 18U 800mm Depth cab for a home office environment, was contacted next day and offered a free upgrade to a 22U. It was shipped same day and delivered the following day, packaging was good and the all frames & glass well protected.Assembly instructions were a bit poor but they are fairly self explanatory to set up, took approx 30 minutes.Nice looking cabinet, frame is sturdy and a good amount of cable management room at the back. Doors are well mounted, although I had to bend the lock latches to get them to fit correctly.Overall a great experience, and I would definitely use Rack Supplier again!

Not used Rack Supplier before but so far the order processes and subsequent customer service response have been great.Come back to me when the rack is delivered and I'll upgrade to 5* if all good!
