Customer service department were very unhelpful after supplying a faulty machine. I am sure that they will deny this, but I notice that other reviews have said the same. My advice is to use an alternative supplier who will offer a superior aftersales service when things go wrong.

Approved Shopfitting and interiors have used Caterlink on several projects and always had a great experience right from dealing with Tony on the initial enquiry to the installation and then maintenance. Costs have always been reasonable and competitive whilst providing first class service and good quality materials and equipment. Nothing is ever too much trouble and I am grateful for the help when we have had a nothing" job to sort and its been dealt with in the same way as a major project. Best in Birmingham."

Expensive & AmateurI had a problem with my Zanolli Pizza oven which had a problem stay on.I knew where the problem was from. They sent a so called engineer which spent 1 whole hour and couldn't figure out the problem. I had to suggest to him which part to order.Ten days later they managed to find the part (I found the part in 10min on ebay) and charge me another £150 to do half hour job.I will not recommend them to anyone. Try another company. But not these so called engineers.

Too expensive, unprofessional & rude staff. You should know how to deal with the customers before starting your own business. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless they want to deal with chavs like these.

Great service! struggled to find a stand for my rational SCC 101E for 6+months. James and Tony from Caterlink UK sorted everything in 2 days. Stainless stand is very sturdy, well made, perfect fit!
