What an absolute gent - Pete came over the same day within hours of me contacting him. Not only did he quickly identify the problem and get it sorted he also advised me on further improvements I could make to prevent anything like my issue arising again. A proper honest fella with a good honest work ethic that seems to have disappeared in most trades nowadays. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pete and his firm. Thanks Pete!

Pete was excellent! He had all the equipment needed, which was a godsend for our issue. There was a lot of sediment built up from inside the pipes so no amount of us plunging was going to fix the problem! Pete managed to remove the sediment and ensured everything was back to normal. Nice chap, he really knows what he’s doing and is local & reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

Called Pete this morning because my manhole was blocked and filling up.He was with me in a hour and quickly found the problem, cleared the blockage and jetted all through my sewer run.What more can I say than Pete is a really nice professional chap and that he charged me a fair price for the job, much less the national firm we all know. If you have a problem do not look any further than Drainjet. Call them now.Read on if you wish.I called Drainjet on a Saturday morning. We had a blocked sewer drain rendering our downstairs toilet and sinks unusable.Sadly we also had a seriously ill family member unable to go upstairs and nursing staff in regular attendance.Initially I was informed that Drainjet were closed for the weekend. I explained the situation and asked if they could recommend anyone.15 minutes later a Drainjet van was outside the house, and within 25 minutes of the call the blockage was cleared.He then proceeded, unprompted, to put a camera down the pipe to make sure nothing untoward would cause another blockage.He explained that he dropped his plans for the day as he didn't want us getting ripped off by one of the large 24h emergency companies (we all know who they are) as we clearly had enough problems already.Absolutely brilliant service, thanks so much for your help.A huge thanks to you from my family for coming to our aid in what was a very difficult time for us.

Great service. Pete came out the same day and quickly cleared the drain blockage and then checked the piping with his camera (and showed me so I could see the job was done). Much more reasonable prices than the competition. Highly recommend

Phoned Pete yesterday and he was round today and cleared all my pipework, took out a load of rubble even though Anglia Water said there was none. Pete took out 1/2 carrier bag. Put camera down to check pipes for breakages -None and I watched. That put my mind at rest. Would thoroughly recommend Pete really nice guy and I will call again him again even just for checking at least once a year. Thanks Pete

Called Pete on a Friday evening with a rather annoying blockage that was causing drastic leaks in the kitchen. He explained that he would be there first thing in the morning due to family commitments (completely understandable).He arrived without fault bright and early and got stuck in straight away. Within a half hour the blockage was gone and he began cleaning up to ensure there was nothing untoward to cause another blockage. He even offered to help clean the mess up in the kitchen!!Would 100% recommend to anyone, thank you Pete!
