Not clean, overpriced and as you can see from reviews many people are unsatisfied, but the owner keeps ignoring people and is very rude towards negative reviews that shows his weakness for a successful customer service. The dip sauce is mixed with water!!!! a scam well known by doggie fast food owners. It's always the same group of business owners try to scam and take money of people, but if there is a complaint they make it out like the people are wrong and they are always right. I'm glad that many people feel the same way and leaving negative reviews.Not recommended, overpriced, bad food, bad service. I will give a 1 out of 10 just because they have Piri Piri spices spreading over chips!

Absolutely overpriced and not enough hygiene for customers. The guy was licking of a spoon and used it for customers chicken. The grill was black and not cleaned. Service was very bad. I paid £9.39 for a chicken burger meal. Absolutely overpriced!!!! Will never go back and will not recommend to anyone. Also the chicken breast was not done properly on grill for a price of £5.79!

Editing previous review and making it 5 stars.They admittedly got my order wrong a few times in the past but were happy to fix for us (it was really busy and I appreciate things go wrong in fast food for those reasons).Been coming here for quite a long time now since we moved to Hamilton. The food is delicious and cooked fresh when you order. Tastes a little different sometimes depending on who is cooking I suspect but it's always great.Staff are friendly and welcoming as well.I happily enjoy my weekly Pepe's from here :)

Absolute joke of a place. The foods rotten and way overpriced. Down the street is rios who actually make food. Save yourself the time. It's beyond mediocre. watered down drinks too. Owners happy to confront bad reviews with veiled threats. There was potential...

Been coming here for two years now and a few months ago there were some recurring issues with orders but feedback was provided and fair play to them as they're definitely upper their game. I wanted to update my review to reflect this.My weekly Pepe's orders have been great lately. Correct, hot and nice amount of sauce in rice boxes.

I'm really fussy about food and anyone who knows me, knows I'd rather have a slice of toast than order take away as I'm never satisfied.I'm not a nandos lover at all but this place is brilliant.Food is always brilliant.Im iffy about chicken but the chicken is always amazing.I use the app instead of delivery company and to my delight they sent me a text with a £36 voucher because I had ordered on the app 6 times. Wish I knew earlier... I was using just eat for a while.Highly recommend.
