We have had a longish term rental from AA Van Hire and I would not hesitate in hiring from them again if the need should arise. Claire in particular is prepared to go one step further when dealing with you. The whole process has been simple and efficient. Thank you to the team for a very positive experience.

Iv hired a van a few times over the last few weeks, can't fault them at all. Very professional, friendlyand understanding family run the business, excellent price for hiring, the vans are always looked after they never let you down will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend if your looking for a van to hirer.

We have hired vans from here a couple of times and would highly recommend. Vans are reliable and fairly priced, good value for money. Becky is lovely and very helpful and polite. If we need a van again we would definitely use again.

I have hired from Becky and Ashley at AA Van Hire several times now. Always excellent service and top quality vans. I was nervous about driving a van but Becky helped me choose one I was comfortable in. VW Transporter for me every time. Top tip-it's just like driving a large car!I've seen reviews of bad experiences on here but I can't see how they're for AA Van Hire as ALL their vehicles are new and ultra reliable. Have a look for yourself rather than be guided by negative reviews.Prices very competitive, vehicles clean and new and service friendly and helpful. What more can you ask for?

Hired a Luton van for 1 day, extended to 2 days at very short notice with no issues at all. Price is unbeatable and van was in great condition and very clean. Full inspection of van prior to taking it to make sure we agreed on any existing damage. Covid safe environment too.Very impressed and would only ever use this company to hire vans in the future.

Came across AA Van hire online when trying to compare quotes that I'd been given. We wanted a long wheel base van for the weekend. I rung up first time initially for a quote. The price was very competitive. The only criticism I have is that you have to do things prior like get a licence code this is something I haven't done went renting a van before. However I turned up on the friday to pick the van up and met becky. She was very friendly and helpful. The van was immaculate. I Would definitely recommend these guys the prices and service are great. I would quite happily give them my returning custom.

I needed a van to move my daughter into her new house and TBH left it a little late with only three days to go I thought there would be loads of vans for hire. Not true, so the search was on. They were all in the £210 area but I couldn’t find one anyway. However, I rang AA and they had one at £160 for two days. That’s cheap I thought, the van will be like 10 years old and ratty for that price but no, it was a 67 plate and with a couple of knocks and bangs was absolutely fine. You have to do some ID stuff online which is easy and means no messing around when you pick the van up. The lass takes you round to show any dints ect and off you go. We picked up at 0800 which although early is great as you get the day started. We used the van without any problems and returned it 0800 two days later. Everything went smoothly so I would recommend to anyone wanting a value for money hire then these are the go-to people. If I have any gripe, it was only that you return the van with the same amount of fuel. That’s OK but we picked up the van with it showing just below half and I overestimated the fill-up prior to giving back and it was just over half full and with the price of fuel now can be quite a considerable cost lost. Most places seem to supply the van full and return full which is easy to do. Other than that, we had a perfect experience with AA

Rudest company I have ever had the pleasure to call, Becky is extremely abrupt and curt. I was going to book with this company as they are good value but it doesn’t take much to be polite. I would definitely spend my money elsewhere. Practical van hire maybe slightly more expensive but far more amiable on the phone...
