DPD Depot

I am a bit annoyed regarding this company. They email you to tell you that your address is wrong when they should state the driver ran out of drivers hours and cannot deliver your parcel. The first time this happened, I panicked then after the 3rd time and speaking to the driver he advised they are not allowed to state this. Just be honest delivery company, people hate companies that lie. We are all human and a driver only has only a certain amount of time in the day to deliver parcels. My score is reflecting this service. The drivers are always lovely just the email is misleading they send if the parcel hasn't reached you by 4:30pm. Fingers crossed this might be addressed in the future. Change your email to stop your clients worrying.

Absolutely shocking service. I was waiting in the front garden during the hour time slot I was given and received an email whilst sat there saying you missed me which is complete rubbish. Photo of attempted delivery was a totally black image. Clearly no attempt was made to deliver my item and now there is no one to contact to resolve this, just an automated system which repeats the same useless response.

First attempt they said they couldn't find our address. Many curriers have no trouble finding us. Second attempt they said we weren't home. We were home all day waiting when we received the text. No-one rang the bell or came to the door.

Three times in a row, no delivery and my front door is the Post Code!!!Three times in a row, when we buy something from Amazon or other sellers and they use DPD I receive the following message at the beginning of the timeslot when it should have been delivered.Sorry

2 times in a row now I have waited for a parcel. 1st one I waited and followed and tracked the van he was just down my lane delivering then next minute I get. I’m sorry you were not in to take delivery of your parcel. Now today I wait again and the same has just happens. DPD are a joke

The drivers to devonport lately seem to be not bothered about how they've messed customers about 3delivery days you gave me the other week and every day the driver failed to deliver when I waited in all day and today waited in for the driver to not bother again saying its not on his Van ...its ridiculous surely the drivers are surpose to make sure that all parcels are on there Vans every other company seem to beable to do it but DPD and I thought evri customer service was bad ... Disappointed is an understatement!!

Absolutely useless! Tried to deliver to the wrong address, told where my house was (100m up the road) didn't bother just drove PAST my house, contacted them, i was told they can only contact the depot, the depot cant contact the driver and I can't contact the depot. Now my parcel has to go back to Cornwall to be re-labeled and possibly out for delivery tomorrow, if they can find my house that is ! DPD should be shut down, how can they get it wrong so often

Two days running now they have failed to deliver both times they claim to be unable to find the address. Always the same when it’s a late delivery time in winter, they won’t drive up the lane in the dark!!!Third day, downloaded app, put in waht3words reference, phoned, they said they would track the driver. Failed again said I wasn’t in and sent some random photo of front door that didn’t match mine loaded to app. Useless!

Please post here the name of the driver that lets you down. Three times I've been in for a Curry's parcel to be collected for return. I can't get a replacement until the broken one has been returned.Three times - let down, DRIVER IS OLIVER - OLIVER HAS BEEN UNRELIABLE BEFORE - I've asked Curry's to complain to DPD. I've begged Curry's to stop using DPD.
