IMO Car Wash

Great job done and not expensive. Will definitely go back.

IMO is meant to include a pre-wash, to get rid of stubborn dirt before going through the automated part of the wash.Every time I have gone to IMO, the attendant to does the pre-wash, and never really focuses on this part and gives it a very quick spray which does nothing.Depending on your style of car, will depend on the attendant doing their job properly.My car, for instance needs a more focused pre-wash on the back because the automated wash does not clean the parts of my car properly, due to the shape.I do recommend it as it is relevantly cheap, and this is still one of the best automated car washes. If you don't have time for a complete hand wash service somewhere else, then this is perfect.

Absolutely rubbish job. The guy couldn't be bothered. He gave a really quick once over the wheels and grill. He took less than a minute to 'clean' the windscreen and I use that term loosely. There were still dead insects on the grill and dirt on the wheels. What a waste of £12!

never again took paint of bumper with jet wash wont sort damage out poor never again will put on facebook warning people car was shakeing with jet wash to close keep away guys 20 plate car shocking did give them a chance to sort it stay away

Paid for the top level wash, as we were going through the display box was flashing on a lower program. And not all dirt was removed from my car.

Very disappointing service. On two occasions I paid £25 for the car to be cleaned inside and out. When I returned, the car was covered in water marks and they had forgotten to do the tyre dressing. I had to remind them to do it. There was still mud all over the floormats and I had to ask them again to clean it. There were stains on the seats that weren't there when I dropped the car off. The first time I went there, the windscreen was poorly cleaned and then whenever I drove the car at night or when it was sunny, it was possible to see through it. The second time I used this service I informed them about the windscreen, but it didn't improve.

Had car damaged at car wash. Employee gave his name and confirmed he did the damage.Upon return to site the manager stated that he did not have an employee with that name so could not sort out damage.Had to use own car insurance which cost me the use of my excess.rating -1

JUST PAID £ 10.00 for WASH ON MY VAN , VALETER HELD JET WASH 2 INCHES FROM BODYWORK GOT BACK HOME AND FOUND A 7 INCH BY 2 CM LINE OF PAINTWORK BLOWN OFF BY VALETER / HE MUST OF KNOWN HE HAD DONE THAT AT THE TIME AND NOT TOLD ME / WILL NEVER TRUST THE WITH MY CARS OR VAN AGAIN

Great service young lad was polite very helpful explained the pricing structure.car looked amazing well worth it
