Great communication and very helpful. Brought a car. Very helpful. No pressure.

Very Poor communication. Originally visited on Fri 2nd June 23. Car I was interested in the salesman said was new in and awaiting prep and pricing. That would be the Mon 5th /Tues 6th and he would call me after that. No call by Thursday eve so looked online to see it was on their website yet but it wasn’t. Left a message on their “web chat”. Had a call Friday (surprise surprise) and he told me he had been so, so busy (yeah makes me feel an important customer, NOT!!) however he told me the price, so I said about a test drive sat or sun but he said he couldn’t do the weekend as the “boss” was driving it over the weekend!!! He said he would call me Monday 12th June to arrange a day to do it. Waited until Thursday 15th June no contact. Looked on website again it wasn’t on there and messaged again via web chat and was told they would message someone to call me. It’s now after business hours Fri 16th june and still no contact. I’m done now as if this is the service on “trying” to buy a car what’s the service going to be like once you have bought. Really poor communication and customer service.

Appears honest in discussions about cars. No pressure sale. All round good service. Sold us a car.

Purchased a car from Greenway Autos few month ago. I was busy to go and even see the car. I asked for all the relevant information, they were very accommodating and provided me with everything that i needed through WhatsApp and delivered the car to me as i requested. Very happy with the service that I received, I was not pressured at any point and they were very friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you

Ended up not buying the car due to a problem identified by them pre delivery. Approach to customer service was second to none. A friendly business which you can trust.

2 years ago I bought a Mercedes-Benz c220auto diesel from Greenaway and I've never looked back,what an awesome car.Recently I needed front and rear number plates so by off chance I gave them a ring and nothing was too much trouble,they went out of their way to get me both.Thanyou guys I will never go anywhere else to buy a car ,well done Greenaway ✔️

Nick was amazing, great service all round! Very straightforward & flexible around when we came to view the car, then left us to our own devices with the keys to inspect it when we arrived. Never felt pushed to make an offer/deposit, no upselling or pushing of unnecessary extras. They chased up some of the service history for us when we wanted some clarification.We found a small issue with the car after purchasing, which was understandable as we only spotted it after a few hours of driving! Greenaway immediately put it right out of their own pocket without questioning anything, really impressive stuff.I've had a few less than satsifactory buying experiences from traders, and so my last couple of car purchases have been private. This is genuinely the first purchase where I've got" the advantage of buying from a trade seller.I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends

Bought a car form these guys today and they made the car buying experience so easy. No pressure sales, let me take my time looking at the car and test driving it. Nick was so helpful and patient whilst I waited to get through to my insurance company. Would highly recommend buying a car from here.
