Every single visit to this store the cashier cancels the transaction to pay via the shell app. She then claims that shell cancelled the transaction when literally every single other branch this never happens. The woman is rude, obnoxious and honestly inept at understanding simple transactional queries! it like PTSD having to go in there and with it being placed on Princess road a busy road so many people are forced to use it, why can’t the management be updated so that the stores ethics and running matches other stores?

Really nasty entry for pedestrian to cross... should not have been given planning permission. Fast traffic turning off a main road into a wide angled road.

Was served by a female employee who not only snatched money out of my hand & then threw my change at me, but also charged my partner full price despite him having a loyalty card & then proceeded to be rude and unhelpful. It doesn't cost you anything to be a decent human being.. absolutely disgusting service. Learn how to treat people with human decency before you work with the public.

Shameful. I passed them on 15 /8/23 and they were offering unleaded at 151 ppl , a disgraceful rip off price when garages elsewhere were selling fuel for at least 10 ppl less .

Went there to get cigarettes! At about 23:45pm spent nearly 20 minutes waiting as the person that was working thought the newspapers were more important and even put a sign on the window!! Which caused a cue of people, not to be rude but when you have a cue of people sort them out first!!! You have all night to sort the newspapers out when it not that busy.

The pumps must be faulty because i got half the amount of fuel I normally get for the same price. I spoke to the woman who was the manager and she wasn't bothered at all. Look at me like I was crazy.Will definitely avoid in the future

Today I just popped into this station to buy cigs. I asked for 4 packs but a very rude manager told me she can only give me 2. Ugly,unfriendly,upset with a cold look obviously she needs a different job far away from people. That’s not for her.
