Just took delivery of our 6th Motability car and this purchase has been by far the best Simon was brilliant from the initial visit and test drive to collecting the car. Kept us informed all the time and superb hand over. Highly recommend Crayford and Abbs

After purchasing two cars from Crayford and Abbs over the past five years and using them for servicing and MOTs, I am extremely disappointed with their customer service of late. We have had to chase them up over various issues we have had with our car and have been left out of pocket with no remedy found. We have been charged for genuine parts without being offered an alternative and charged for replacing parts when the diagnostic machine gave no diagnosis and so the problem persists. To top it all, on picking the car up I was told of a problem that I hadn’t reported and the mechanic insisted I had and that it would cost over £500 to fix. We were also asked to lie when Nissan contact us to ask if the problem with our car was fixed first time. All trust in Crayford and Abbs has gone and I suggest they are best avoided.

Just taken delivery of a MG-5 estate from Crayford and Abbs in Bodham. I was greatly assisted by James Daytona during the trade-in who look after my interests. Although a second hand vehicle it was in pristine condition.

Bought a car oct , car salesman very friendly, helpful at the time . Tad over friendly I would say , never been greeted with a kiss when I was picking up new car. Since then car has broken down twice , been to garage nothing they can do which is not helpful , showing two previous faults , car is still not running as it should.Before buying car was told windscreen would be repaired before I picked up, I’ve now just had to have windscreen repaired as had not been repaired , I’d even rang twice and spoke to salesman who sold me the car , who said I’ve no idea and was not helpful or friendly . Will certainly never buy a car again from this company , never had such poor aftercare service , which is soo important !

We have just picked up our MGZS from Crawford and Abbs, we got it for my Mum through the motability scheme. From my first enquiry to the picking up of the vehicle the service was second to none. Paul Moore was brilliant helping us sort all the paperwork out, and keeping us fully informed of the progress of the vehicle. We got a comprehensive demo of the vehicle and Paul and Jacob both made my mum feel special.
