ABSOLUTELY AWFUL delivery service. the driver refused to deliver all items to door because the things are too heavy for his asthmatic and he's scared to tell his name. I wouldn't give even one star to this disgusting service.

I'd like to say that staff here are legends. I was running really late to pick up my parcel and made it with just 3 minutes to spare until closing time yet the staff were happy to serve me.Though I believe the store should stay open a bit longer than 5.30

Poor customer service. Bought headphones unused she didn't even check the date I bought them which was the day before and couldn't use her common sense and do that. Teach ur staff to use initiative and not blindly follow the manager as managers are not always right. Other store was able to successfully do refund with no problems and did all the necessary checks

Had a lovely encounter with a Argos colleague named Emma at the Bearwood, Birmingham branch. She went above and beyond to ensure I received my order placed during Black Friday, despite the fact that the delay was outside her control or even not her fault. Her customer care was next to none, I am grateful I ran into her! She is a brilliant asset to her team and Argos.

Bought a Garmin vivomove Sport from Argos. Today I wanted to return because this model doesn't support contactless payments. But, guess what, because I connected the watch with my phone,didn't want to get it back. The watch still has the protection film , full box, never been on my hand and I could reset from factory in store. But because I told them the reason for return,no chance. I will never buy things from Argos.

Every time I do a collection the staff have a smile on their face which brightens up the mood. Chris has handled several collections for myself and has the best customer service with his positive attitude. Definitely a treasure to the team

Tried to give a review using the QR code given however could not find the store and till number to register it. Had ordered items that were faulty , came back to return them and dealt with Emmie and keeley; who were a pleasure. They were very empathetic and lovely to talk to; very warm and really good at building rapport. Great Argos and great customer service.
