Quite simply, a good old fashioned hardware store.Good & proper customer service - knowledgeable & incredibly helpful - and also really easy to talk to.I pretty much guarantee these guys will have exactly what you're after & if not, they'll certainly point in the direction of someone who may.It has a good size customer car park & is also great to peruse their fabulous selection of very reasonably priced plants.Especially now, with their summer selection coming through.

The independent hardware shops are becoming harder to find which is a great shame, so the next time you pass one stop and have a look. You never know you maybe surprised by the range of products available and the next time you need that DIY something for your house/garden why not go there first and support your local businesses.

Fab place to buy your hardware requirements, lots of loose items so just buy one instead of a whole packet...... They got most things you will ever need or ask for and great staff who are really friendly ang helpful....

I have used Parkers hardware for many years and always had excellent service from them. They carry an excellent range of products, their prices are very competitive, often cheaper that B&Q, and the staff go out of their way to help. Denmead is very fortunate to have such an excellent hardware store in the village; long may they continue.

Thank you SOOOOO much. I arrived at your store for some emergency glue just before 5:30pm today. You saw me and leaped up from your desk to turn around the 'Closed' sign and bolt the door. Then you purposefully turned your back on me and ignored me. You think you are clever. But I wasted a trip and the glue was VERY IMPORTANT. And I will NEVER come to your shop again. AND. I will tell all our neighbours about your action. And any review sites I find. Thank you for your attention to me.
