Lovely tree, friendly and efficient delivery and collection after Christmas. Exactly what we hoped for, thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic tree with service to match. Had some difficulties ordering and the guys were live chatting with me to resolve any issues. The team that delivered it were super friendly - an absolute burst of energy - and delivered a fantastic tree. Couldn't be happier with the service - fantastic all round.

Such a brilliant service from start to finish. Really easy to book online, turned up when they said they would and we ended up with an even more awesome tree than we thought. We ended up using them again to collect and recycle our tree-again everything as booked. Will definitely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

I got a fantastic Christmas tree from these guys last year. Loads of people commented on how gorgeous it was and how well it lasted. I followed there care instructions and it really made a difference. Trees I have had in the past have never lasted quite as well. Service was great, they brought a good selection of trees to my door and myself and the kids choose the one we wanted. There was no hard sell or pressure. I had misplace my stand but thankfully they were able to sell me one on the day, they set it all up for me so all the kids and I had to do was the fun bit of decorating it. I will always buy my tree from Fir and I would highly recommend them to friends, family and colleagues. 5 star service. Thank you!

Ordered a tree from Thames guys but was hoping to get it before I started work, before they officially where available for delivery. But no problem. Got the 8 foot slim delivered..And it's beautiful. It was obvious a lot of work went onto the growing process.Really happy and seriously recommend. Very friendly crew too.Brilliant :)
