I attended an evening Sound Meditation with Sarah last night. I have suffered from sleep problems for many years, and wake up many times even on a good night, so I was absolutely amazed when I slept straight through for 8.5 hours! I have felt calm and energised all day today, and even did my first run since a knee injury a few weeks ago. The sounds are powerful but soothing at the same time, and I believe they have a deep and positive effect on the mind and body

LOVE SarahLou's sound baths. It is my regular 'me time'. I feel SO relaxed afterwards and those racing thoughts seem to have disappeared after a session. Highly recommend.

The Harmony Centre is located in a beautiful tranquil part of Suffolk close to Halesworth town which is worth a visit. Sarah is very knowledgeable in her field and is very friendly not at all intimidating. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our one hour gong and chimes relaxation session and we will definitely be returning for another session very soon. A beautiful fresh and clean building awaits you..

Sarah is very calming, shares an excellent experience and made us feel instantly at ease in peaceful surroundings. Fully recommend any workshop with Sarah. Especially, Crystal and Chakra workshops. Gong baths are a very good meditation method too. 5 stars from us - Paul and Sophie
