Watermoor Point

We have been in our office at Watermoor Point for around 4 months and have so far had a very positive experience. James and Ian have been very helpful getting us settled in and set up in our new office. The optional office furniture is modern and comfortable. There is plenty of parking even on the busiest days. The informal meeting area / business lounge is great for a change of scenery at lunch, informal meetings and after work events. The offices are spacious and bright, each of those that we looked at before moving had lots of windows and were freshly painted (white). We were lucky that there was still a big corner office available when we relocated, so we have a great view of the garden and the river Churn.

Since moving into Watermoor Point earlier this year, my business has transformed. I now have space to expand and my team has already grown. The facilities are brilliant and my visitors have commented on how impressive the space is, along with the fabulous location, in the heart of Cirencester. I look forward to being a part of the Watermoor Point community, as it continues to grow.

We were one of the first businesses to move into Watermoor Point and what a fantastic move it's been! The initial driver for us was wanting to make the business more sustainable but not knowing where to start. After a recommendation we took a tour and soon realised that a move to Watermoor Point would lower our carbon footprint substantially, from efficient light and heating right through to the solar array on the roofs. The offices are clean and bright with state of the art furniture, there are plenty of kitchen and breakout facilities and the fantastic business lounge which all come in with licence fee. The network facilities are top notch and the broadband speeds are eyewatering, plus if you need onsite help the onsite facilities management company 'Rapido' will be more than happy to help (at a cost). Watermoor Point offers a great office working environment with a range of working spaces and meeting rooms to meet individual needs. In particular the informal meeting areas in the reception area were perfect for our requirements.The process of interacting with James and Ian in relation to our requirements was seamless.

A great find - highly recommend. Excellent location, flexible office space and terms, really pleasant environment and friendly and helpful support team. Rates competitive. Elec car charging on site plus cycle storage and showers - a rare find! A great solution to flexible working needs post pandemic.

I booked a meeting room here for our regional sales meeting. A brilliant space with everything we needed at a reasonable price. We will definitely book up again.

Watermoor Point is a great place to have an office. We needed somewhere that had 24 hour accessibility, WiFi, convenient parking, good coffee, was in a pleasant location and had great facilites, and we got just what we wanted!

Our office at Watermoor Point is fantastic and we love being part of a vibrant business community. Our room is spacious and light, the communal areas are very clean and tidy. The business lounge is great for informal meetings or having lunch looking over the gardens. The offering at Watermoor Point has more than enough pull to draw me away from my home office and back into an office environment again!

Watermoor Point is a flexible office space catering for every need. It has a wide range of amenities too, including a large car park which is a rarity in the centre of the Cotswolds. The team were very helpful and identified the best space for our growing company. The office itself is airy and has views across the courtyard and gardens, a lovely place to work from with a great buzz.
