Amazing service, I wanted a certain Citizen divers watch. I went in on Thursday, Baloo didn't have one in stock, but sourced one direct from the manufacturer and had it in store by Saturday. Very helpful and fantastic service with a great deal on the watch. Brilliant, thank you.

Balu went out of his way to help us. It was our last day in Bodmin and Balu fixed a diamond ring at short notice. Great service at a reasonable price - Balu is a gentleman.

I recently proposed to my girlfriend and felt absolutely clueless about the ring buying process. JTJ took the loose brief I gave them and managed to help me find the perfect ring which my fiancé loves. JTJ kept me informed and updated throughout the process and were invested in the importance of the occasion, I cannot rate them highly enough/ thank then enough for helping create such a special moment - 10/10 would highly recommend

I stopped in at Jai's on the off chance when visiting Bodmin for the first time. Since that first visit they've restored an old Seiko for me that nobody else would touch, provided me with the perfect custom made engagement ring, as well as the wedding bands to match. Great to see family owned independent businesses like this still thriving!

Used this jeweller for several years. Such nice people who always seem pleased to see you. Most recent visit was only for a watch battery replacement but was made to feel very welcome. In the past I have had a few items from their lovely collection. I don’t think the chap that works in there ever stops smiling. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for watch and clock repairs or looking to buy that special piece of jewellery.
