Went to collect grandads medication as was told it would be ready this afternoon rude pharmacist said it would be 7 days I asked why tell me today she continued to be aggressive she so unprofessional I asked what he was meant to do without meds shrugged her shoulders I hate going to this pharmacy and will be going elsewhere

Never been so angry in my life, my poor son has suffered terribly today. The doctors have my son antibiotics to start on the weekend if any worse, and he got worse! So I go to read on the packet the doze and how many doze per day. They failed to tell me, I've had to phone 111 for advice. Paramedics/doctors have rang me back. He didn't even tell me he only asked for my address. Please make sure you look on the packet before leaving the shop. Unprofessional behaviour
