I contacted this company last February, ensuring they knew I did not receive benefits. They were adamant it didn’t matter. They were regularly in contact with me until they had visited to see what was necessary and had all my details, including copies of my bank statements. After a few weeks of hearing nothing, I contacted them again and was told they were waiting for my council to release the funding. Then nothing. Suddenly I couldn’t contact anyone and no one responded to calls or emails. I have now been informed by my MP that my council requested more information twice, but got no response, meaning I would have to start again. I am still waiting to hear from Intueco why they failed to complete the process, and have not had the courtesy to contact me. Very disappointed andcompletely disillusioned by this company. Had them flagged on my Bank as even felt this was possibly a scam.

Very poor took 2 days to get hold of anybody should of turned up next day to sort my 87 year old mother who lives on her own and had no heating the day they were supposed to come apparently the van broke down then rang to rebook it 7 DAYS LATER what proffessional company leaves a 87 year old with heating problems for a week this should have been a priority but because I suppose it was still under warranty and they were making any money out of it it's not important unfortunately I can't give a minus rating
