Used them to get our building measured for Building Safety Act purposes as the Local Authority was giving conflicting information in respect of the height. We managed to get a surveyor to come round the same week we made the enquiry and the report was provided in 2 working days (might have even been less than that). Price was also very reasonable. Would recommend them if you want to make sure you should be protected under the BSA.
