Got my suit trousers altered and they were very prompt with a quick turn around. However the alterations were not invisible at all, they were done with a machine not by hand and so you can see the seem fairly obviously. A bit disappointed as they were Paul Smith. Have had alterations before and they were not as obvious as this

The dress is as good as brand new to the extend you would not know it was worn...I was speechless!It was not just the skill that was impressive; the staff were genuine, kind and communicated excellently.On collecting my dress, I couldn't believe the great value for money too!I 100% recommend this dry cleaners to other brides who are having to have more than one wedding celebration or anyone who wants quality, care and professionalism, all with a smile and for a great price!

Excellent service. My wife's expensive jacket got heavily stained and I thought it was ruined. I took it to Palmeira dry cleaners today and they fixed it like new with a same day turn around. Very pleased with the service.

Customer service is low, they need to be trained or ask professionals how to deal with customers

Brilliant and friendly service. I have taken to coats here. One full length wool coat, which is a number of years old, and came back looking brand new and another very large puffer style coat which was badly stained and came back looking amazing. What I appreciated most was the care and attention - the wool coat had been hand finished and my puffer coat, as well as a special treatment to remove the staining, had a small repair done completely free of charge. I love supporting local businesses that go out of their way to provide a good service …

They made an old coat look new ,very good job done to it.

Had a long heavy weight mackintosh in the wardrobe, not warn maybe 10 years. Got it out to wear and discovered oil stain on cuff - obviously from years and years ago. Not optimistic about cleaning result - but wow! not a trace remained, and coat looks like it did when I bought it 25 years ago. Worth every penny of £25.
