David came to my rescue when I'd been messed around by several other plumbing companies. He went above and beyond to help us. He was determined and made sure our heating was working by the time he left. He spoke me through exactly what he was doing, put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable. He was very polite, friendly and cleared up after himself. Whilst he was here I asked him to look at my leaky tap too, which he did and fixed straight away. Can't fault him at all.
