Bright Paws Dog Walking

Freya looks after my two cats whenever I have to be away overnight. From the first meeting (when I was with them) Madge and Ed were really comfortable with Freya. She takes such good care of them and sends me updates and photos so I know all is well back home. I trust her completely with their care and am delighted to recommend her.

The Bright Paws team has been walking our lurcher ziggy since he was 6 months old. Not only does ziggy have a fantastic time socialising with his friends on his walks, he still does somersaults every time he gets picked up! Bright Paws are incredibly reliable, trustworthy and I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a dog Walker. Not only have they been flexible with our dog walking needs during the pandemic they always go out of their way to make the dogs feel special and well looked after. Above all, the Bright Paws team have a genuine passion for dogs and you can tell this every time Ziggy gets picked up and gets made a fuss over.

Our dog Belle turns 10 this year and Freja and her wonderful team have been walking her regularly since she was a puppy. In all those years Freja has not let us down once. She is reliable, caring and great at communication. Belle absolutely adores her and the furry friends she has made on her weekly walks. Can't praise Freja highly enough - If you want to get your lockdown puppy off to a good start when you go back to the office - I'd recommend Brightpaws as the perfect option.

Freya has been walking our two dogs since 2010 and we get such huge peace of mind knowing that Freya puts her all into looking after them and loves them to bits. She has always been helpful and accommodating, flexible and reliable. I know she knows our dogs as well as we do and takes a real interest in their progress and wellbeing. Would 110% recommend!

I am extremely happy with the Bright Paws service. Freya initially came to meet us and our cat Noodles at home, and it was obvious immediately that Freya and Noodles were going to be friends! When Freya has visited in our absence she has sorted out the litter tray and fresh food and water, has spent time playing with Noodles, and has provided us with regular photographic updates. It is so wonderful to know that our cat is safe and in good hands while we are away, that I recommend Bright Paws heartily!

Fantastic. We have used Bright Paws since our dog, Mojo, was a puppy and for the last 12 years. Freya has always been flexible on dog walks to accommodate various schedules, and has been fantastic at communication. Mojo was always excited to see Freya and really enjoyed the variety of walks. It has always felt like letting one of the family look after Mojo.

We can't recommend Freya highly enough. Freya has been walking Hattie for almost 9 years now - and Hattie absolutely loves her. Lovely friendly local dog walking service. Been using Bright Paws since puppyhood, and every time the van pulls up my dog still gets excited to go out with his pack - he absolutely loves it. Always friendly interactions when handing over, and we sometimes receive photos and videos of the walks which is nice. Would 100000% recommend!

I have a rescue dog who has anxiety issues, Freya and her team have worked hard on getting him to feel comfortable in going out for walks. His gone from having to sit in the front of the van to now jumping straight in the back and loving it! I would highly recommend Bright Paws!
