Chose the Pavilion because of good reviews re-gluten free options. Disappointed that, despite being very clear when ordering, was brought big breakfast with both gluten-containing sausages and black pudding. Just took plate away and removed these without substitutions leaving poor value breakfast.

The Pavilion Cafe Bar Bistro Southport
Visited the other day and was delighted to see home made soup on the menu. Two options. I went with tomato soup and half a sandwhich. Everything was so fresh and flavoursome. Staff were lovely and attentive. I have never had a bad experience here. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a breakfast/lunch/brunch.

Absolutely loved it. Cosy and really pretty with the little pea lights in the windows. We were outside looking at the Christmas tree and decided to call in for a cheeky glass of wine before getting the train back home, but very soon Southport will be our home and The Pavilion is on our list for return visits and to sample the food.

Thought this was good for gluten free but they didn't bring gluten free food although requested and just took away and appeared to just take off the plate all gluten products. Will not be going again as husband is coeliac and any gluten or cross contamination can make him ill.

Food here was top marks, best have had for a long time staff where very attentive always near if you ever needed them.Lovely location coffee and cocktails are the best I had a half breakfast and that filled me and my friend had the eggs Benedict OMG wish I could of eaten more as I would of ordered that as well looked delish.very close to all shops as well so if you are traveling out for the day or weekend would highly recommend going here for your breakfast and dinner as you won't get better.
