Nigg Old Church
Nigg Old Church is a gorgeous place full of history along the Black Isle Pictish Trail, would highly recommend visiting. The Pictish Cross is kept inside the church, has plenty information boards for folk to read and learn from, and is completely free. Also has the cholera stone, which is part of an amusing wee bit of history!

The most amazing place. No admission fee - they only ask for a donation. So much history and lots of information boards.

Beautifully preserved church in which you can come pay your respects to. Entrance to the church is allowed just be sure that you check the schedule before you arrive since the grounds are open but not the museum on certain day.
