Absolutely Disgusting Food and Service at the WEEKEND!As I walked in with a friend on last Friday we were greeted by the same guy as last time that have greeted me in the past which I must say it’s probably the worst attitude in the hospitality business but I didn’t mind as I was there for something to eat.We walked in on Friday Night at 10:30pm we ordered a chicken and Donner pizza some chips and we were charged £26 and in return we received a fully burned pizza with all topping which I have taken pictures of the food and will be posting to avoid this disaster of takeaway and unhygienic food.I complained about the food being burned and I was told by the man at the counter and the chef that the Donner normally is burned on the pizza because of their oven and then was told I should leave if I am unhappy as drunk people don’t mind what they eat although we were fully suber and regardless the staff being rude they didn’t offer nothing in return and I had to apologise for complaining as they situation escalated by the staff and all started shouting at me.Please whoever the owner of this place is take charge of the place as I remember going a few years ago and it was amazing and super busy however it is now terrible Food and terrible service follows.Do not treat people who are drunk or sober any different we all pay for a food that we all desire so do your best or close and stop poisoning.Thank you

As soon as we walked in with a rude voice he asks order? The guy who takes in food order is super rude and the chicken doner doesn't taste good and I think it's spoiled. Pizza was eatable and overpriced for the quality it had. Extremely bad experience. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Rude rude service. Visited last night asked for meat and chips with everything in salad and garlic mayo. When received gave without any sauce or salad, when I said where Isit nicely he laughed and started making weird facial gestures to me!!! Rude rude service

Ok for a small shop, this place is really really good! Service was quick & professional. Had the chicken shish kabob in a wrap, small salad, & grilled halloumi cheese. Flavorful, fresh, & good!

This is one of the best kebabs I've ever had! Meat was perfect and the salad was freshly made up. I ordered the mixed kebab and 2 portions of chips. and it was absolutely amazing. The service was excellent. I'd just finished a shift doing security the shop was really busy, but they served me within minutes. I will definitely be coming back again and telling all my work colleagues how gorgeous the food is!

An absolutely lovely place I got a doner kebab which was made quickly and to a high standard it was reasonably priced and tasted very good the staff were also very nice all in all I’d strongly recommend hattys

Best east European tasting like doner! I recommend this restaurant and wonder why it doesn’t have 5 stars! Could barely get a table with these crowds waiting in line:)

I had the most spicy wrap of my life at Hatty’s but then I told them and they found it hilarious and they did everything they could to make my experience a 10/10. Hatty’s is my favourite takeaway in Manchester and I will always come back. Thank you - no more spicy please x x x
