Waited 2 hours and no food. Called them to ask and was welcomed by the rudiest person. Can’t comment on the food as it never turned up. Still waiting on a refund! Afford at all cost! Plenty of decent takeaways out there!

Ordered 3 time before no issues but ordered and cancelled my order on Just Eat becuase they couldn't be bothered to deliver. Just Eat said they couldn't find my address but they dilivered before so I called and basically said they couldn;t be bother to deliver tonight.

Ordered and waited two hours. Didn’t bother answering the phone when called. Will NEVER use them again. Full refund given through the third party app. Shocking customer service with no communication or apology.

Terrible experience ordering takeaway via Uber eats. Food was inedible and had to go in the bin. Uber eats refusing to give refund so I’m taking up a dispute with them.

We regularly used this Chinese for about a year and a half and the food is great but the last 5 times we’ve ordered they’ve forgot our drink. I know it’s just a drink but it’s beside the point, it’s paid for and it should be sent first time. We have called to tell them this and they did bring one to us afterwards but again inconvenient when you’ve sat down to eat and then the doorbell rings for a bottle of coke when you’re half way done. Sadly due to this happening so many times in a row we’ve decided to go elsewhere as we’d rather get our full order first time rather than chase them for it. Not sure what’s gone wrong as never used to have issues

I would not even give this a one start the food has come out of the freezer you can tell just the way the curry is all lumped up together when I phoned them I told them to make sure the food was fresh and don't the way it use to be done they are so rude they came with my curry but no rice how is someone ment to eat a curry with out rice never again will I eat from here again this is to be one of the best places to eat from and now it gone down hill there was hair and a fly in my food I will be phoneing someone to get this place shut down dry has hell and I didn't not even put that much rice on the plate

Awful delivery service. A woman delivered my order and was very rude. I would stay away from this place. Food was lukewarm and staff and delivery drivers are very rude and lack in customer communication skills.

Absolutely awful service and rude staff who put the phone down on us!! Ordered a takeaway which was originally an hour delivery!! This then became a two hour delivery so asked them if we could cancel as we couldn’t let out children wait that long, for them then to be extremely rude and put the phone down on us!!!! Wouldn’t use again EVER
