Other than loving my dress, one of the main reasons I bought from Brides at Charnock Farm is down to Gemma! She was so kind, understanding and I honestly felt like she really wanted to help me. I did not feel under pressure to buy anything, I didn't feel rushed or that I was wasting her time which I had felt in plenty of the other shops I had been to. It can definitely feel daunting going into wedding dress shops (It did for me anyway) especially when you feel deflated after visiting a lot and not finding a dress you love but you honestly have nothing to worry about. There's absolutely no ego and no judgement. Would 100% recommend to anybody.

VERY professional, attention to detail was spot on and helped me understand what I wanted. Took the time to let me try on as many dresses as I wanted until I was certain. I found my DREAM dress and the girls there have been nothing but attentive, looking after my dress and checking in with me every now and again on our planning. They have been nothing but a JOY to deal with. Can't thank you enough!! YOU ARE AMAZING!!

My dress was from Brides at Charnock and Gemma also supplied our wedding flowers from her florist shop, Poco Fiore.I was late to start looking for a wedding dress and was starting to lose hope after trying countless dresses on in other shops. The dresses at Brides at Charnock are of exceptional quality, they felt so light and comfortable compared to other ones I'd tried on. I didn't really know what style I was looking for but Gemma helped me find the one. I've received so many lovely compliments about my dress and absolutely loved wearing it on my wedding day. Gemma was so positive about my shorter timescale, she really went above and beyond to ensure my dress arrived on time. The seamstress Gemma recommended for my alterations was incredible, Sharon worked her magic after one fitting and everything was perfect.Gemma created the most phenomenal flowers for our wedding. We had a chat with Gemma about our venue and setting, then trusted her creative vision to do the rest. The flowers were exquisite, so intricate and a flawless combination of colours. The flowers were of such high quality, all our guests and the staff at the venue commented on how beautiful they were. We felt the flowers were a great way to dress the venue.Gemma was a true professional to work with. I want to say a HUGE Thankyou to Gemma at Charnock Farm. Gemma made shopping for my wedding dress the most perfect experience with all the care and support she provided. She was so patient with me when I didn’t have a clue what dress type I wanted and provided me with lots of different dress types to try until I found the perfect one!I can’t express how supported I felt throughout the whole experience both during and following the appointment. Gemma was always available to speak to me if I needed to call her about the dress/ accessories and further appointments.I highly recommend any future brides looking for their dream dress to book an appointment with this shop! They are AMAZING!

Absolutely great service from start to finish. Gemma always made a fuss of us (I had the pleasure of shopping with my daughter who gets married next year) and made us feel amazing. Gemma was incredible from start to finish, recommended a fab seamstress to have my dress altered, which was perfect.Gemma was so accommodating and my dress was incredible! I felt like a pure princess. I will definitely be getting back into it to sit on the sofa watching our wedding video when it's complete! Thank you again.

I can not thank Gemma and her team enough, nothing short of wonderful.I got married on 9/10/2022, it was recently our anniversary so wanted to leave a review.After visiting some nightmare shops to seek the perfect dress for my wedding, I came across Brides at Charnock Farm.I’m not your typical girly girl and was quite nervous, didn’t know what styles would suit me or what I’d be comfortable in.From the minute I stepped through the door Gemma put me at ease, with a big bright smile and lovely manner. She patiently helped me choose through some styles to try on.She was so patient and kind and needless to say I found ‘the dress’ on my first visit! Gemma also found me the perfect veil to suit.I was so impressed by the service, I also chose their sister company Poco Fiore to do my wedding flowers as well.I would say 10/10 service and if you want a place to help you find the perfect dress for your big day, I would choose here every time!Nothing short of perfect and seamless.
