I started training with Emma at Premier Sports Massage & Fitness after I had been wedding dress shopping. After a consultation to understand my goals, Emma wrote me a challenging but achievable plan, including weekly sessions with her, along with work out plans for the gym on my own. She included diet suggestions, nutrient advice and guidance on how to overcome potential obstacles such as enjoying Christmas Parties and Holidays, whilst managing to stay on track at the same time. Emma carefully monitors your performance to ensure that techniques are correct to avoid injury, she is reliable and punctual and has a real passion for her job. She really spent the time to understand my goals and helped me to achieve them in a fun, sustainable manner. Emma is full of enthusiasm; you want to succeed for her as she throws her heart and soul into ensuring that every session is not only productive, but pleasurable meaning that you do not dread exercise. I thoroughly recommend Premier Sports Circuits class on a Thursday evening as a bit of a change from the norm – it is great to exercise in a group and every session has a twist!I shall be wearing the dress feeling comfortable and confident – and that is all thanks to Emma! I am extremely pleased with the results I have had to date and cannot recommend Premier Sports Massage & Fitness enough!

I attend Premier's Circuit Training that takes place on a Thursday evening in Alderley Edge. Excellent class, good fun, whilst keeping fit too!

Emma has been amazing putting me back together after years of wear and tear. She works to a very high standard and has done wonders for my health between the Massages and the acupuncture highly recommended!
