Ordered online and turned up to collect. Checked in at car park and as I approached restaurant there was a sign up saying it was closed due to staff shortages. KFC still took my money for food I couldn't collect.To be fair from past experience of this restaurant some of the items I ordered would have been missing from the bag anyway. Avoid at all costsDon't even bother with their Care Squad" the only reply you will get from them is requesting more information which they will ignore when you send it to them"

Very slow to get served because they were so busy with the delivery collectors.The chicken wings and chicken in the bun were very good. There were hardly any fries...the tiniest bag possible but we did have the two diners for £6.99 so we weren't complainingProbably waited more than 20 minutes after ordering. If we hadn't paid probably would have left.

I want to get some food for my family today from kfc in Hailsham. We order our food at 1:23 at this point there were only 3 other people in the shop about 5 minutes later a lot of people entered the shop and they got served before us about 10 minutes later we went up to ask about our food and they haven’t even started on it they had skipped us and due to other people getting served before us and ordering after us they didn’t have all the things they had to make our order so the chicken they did have sat in the bag on the counter for 10-15 minutes while they prepared the rest of the order so the chicken is now luke warm and by the time we got out it was 1:50 so much for fast food!

Food was really good, got, fresh and really tasty, so no complaints there, but the usual lunch time rush caught em off guard so ended up waiting longer than we should have, as did about ten other folks, it arrived in the end and they got us all out very quickly after that but was a little peeved I waited nearly 15 minutes for a couple of wraps n a pepsi.

Much cleaner than it used to be BUT now they are so pushed on targets on how fast they get food out they just move it to ready for collection on the board as soon as you put the order in so you can't actually tell when it's ready

Picked up an order, had to wait which I didn't mind. Ricbox I received looks nothing like as advertised, where's the salad????? They had no bottles of water and said they hadn't had any for ages. The bins were overflowing and tables and floor dirty.

Every time i go they get my order wrong. One visit i didnt even get a bun on my burger. How do you make a burger without a bunUpdate, I risked another visit today and.was disappointed again. Hardly any fries and they gave me the wrong burger

Ordered a Zinger Tower Meal plus a side of BBQ Bites.The Tower Burger was so squashed down it was smaller than a small burger from McDonalds, and the chicken piece was tiny.The BBQ Bites… 3 small pieces and one tiny piece only a bit bigger than a crumb (should be 4 decent sized pieces).The chips were cold.And they didn’t have Pepsi Max (places run out of things, so that’s not the main issue) so I had to go for Diet Pepsi, which tasted seriously watered down.This was my first time in this KFC - will not be going back.Oh, and I did complain on Twitter - no reply still after almost a week. Great customer service there…

I visit this shop once or twice a month. The shop has its challenges. However, there's one lad who consistently excess in his work. He's tall gangly but shows his pride pride in work. Wish there were more like him.
